AI chatbot “CASper” provides support for questions about CAS Campus
DE Studium und Lehre (SLE) is now making the AI chatbot CASper available. It offers KIT employees support in using the campus management system CAS Campus.
CASper was developed together with the Center for Media Learning (ZML) and the Scientific Computing Center (SCC). The technical basis is an AI application whose knowledge is based on the SLE help pages for CAS Campus and answers typical application questions in a dialog-oriented manner.
Overview of functions
CASper provides a low-threshold support service that facilitates the use of CAS Campus and complements existing support structures.
